I love all these tips. I have definitely used every one of these excuse at some point in time but am not hindering myself anymore and just doing it. My favorite time to stretch and do weights is when my boys are watching curious george. I settle them in for their 30 minutes and then get all my weights, throw in a little lunging and running and I get a pretty good sweat going.
